Refund Policy

At SC60, we strive to provide high-quality fitness programs and excellent customer service. Please review our refund policy below to understand the terms regarding cancellations and refunds.


   1.    General Refunds
Fees paid for bookings, courses, and sessions are generally non-refundable once payment is processed, except as stated below.


   2.    Cancellation by Client
   •    If you cancel your booking at least 2 days before the scheduled start date, you may be eligible for credit toward a future booking.
   •    Cancellations made less than 2 days before the start date are non-refundable.


   3.    Cancellation or Changes by SC60
   •    In the unlikely event SC60 cancels a course or session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.


   4.    Missed Sessions
   •    No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions or no-shows.


   5.    Refund Requests
   •    To request a refund, please contact us  with your booking details.
